- Dedicated UK Turkish panel
- Zero-party cultural profiling
- Bilingual by design
How we compare to generalist panels
DiasporaPulse is a focused alternative to a general UK survey panel when a study needs verified diaspora audiences, cultural context, and a defined response cohort rather than a broad national sample.
For teams evaluating a niche or community panel alongside a general-population platform, DiasporaPulse is designed for the specific task a broad national sample may not prioritise: reaching verified UK diaspora communities with relevant cultural profiling.
Generalist panels reach Turkish sub-samples too small to analyse on their own, carry panel fatigue in general-population cohorts, and offer English-only survey builders with no cultural context. DiasporaPulse runs a dedicated UK Turkish panel in controlled development and pilot preparation, with zero-party cultural profiling collected directly from participants, a gamified participation model designed for sustained engagement, and a structured reporting workflow producing executive summaries and raw data exports.
From a decision to evidence
Six stages, from the decision you need to make to a recommendation you can act on. This is the short version — the full walkthrough, stage by stage, is on .
Illustrative flow — no study is running- Business question What are you deciding?
- Audience definition Who has to answer it
- Bilingual questionnaire English and Turkish, same meaning
- Quality safeguards Failed responses removed
- Themes Grouped by what they share
- Decision-ready insight Aggregated, with margin of error
What happens at each stage
1 · Business question. We start with the decision itself, not a topic — what changes depending on the answer, and what would count as a usable result. Agreed in writing before anything is designed.
2 · Audience definition. The decision becomes audience criteria: diaspora group, region or postcode district, age band and category behaviour. Feasibility is an indicative range, never a promise.
3 · Bilingual questionnaire. Questions are drafted in English and Turkish, written rather than literally translated, and reviewed so both versions ask the same thing. You sign off the draft before fielding.
4 · Quality safeguards. Completion-speed monitoring, embedded attention questions and duplicate-account detection run on every response. Responses that fail review are excluded from the dataset and are not billed.
5 · Decision-ready insight. Findings are reported in aggregate against the original decision, with the basis for each recommendation stated and the margin of error shown explicitly.

What we ask for, and when
Registration takes an email address, which is verified at sign-up. The essential profile asks for a postcode district, an age band and your language preference — not a full postcode, and nothing else at sign-up.
Further cultural, dietary and shopping detail is optional, added progressively over time, and consented item by item rather than in a bundle.
Studies are short and specific — packaging, shelf layout, pricing, where you shop and why. Every study tells you roughly how long it takes and what it rewards before you start, and you can decline any invitation without affecting your standing on the panel.
One currency: points. Nothing else.
Nothing here is a guarantee of payment.

The reward rules in full
Only studies earn points. Signing up, completing your profile and answering the optional “About you” questions earn nothing — they help us invite you to studies that fit.
Study rewards start as pending. When you complete a funded study, reward points are credited as pending while your response goes through quality and fraud review. Pending points are not redeemable.
Points become eligible. If your response passes review and the client study is funded, your points become eligible. Only eligible points count toward a payout.
Your first voucher at 500 points. A first gift voucher can be requested at 500 eligible points (£5.00); after that the minimum is 1,000 points (£10.00). We pay only after our payment provider confirms the transfer; if it fails, your points are returned to your eligible balance.
Rewards depend on eligibility, passing quality review, available client study funding, and reaching the voucher minimum. Taking part does not guarantee that you will be offered a study or receive a payment. You can review or withdraw your consents at any time in the Privacy & Consent Centre.

Neutrality standards — MRS Code & ESOMAR/ICC guidance
- Questions are written to be non-leading, and the full wording is published alongside any figure we release.
- Response options are balanced, and order effects are managed through rotation where a question is susceptible to them.
- Sample definition, base sizes, fieldwork dates and margin of error are stated with every published result.
- Participation is voluntary and separately consented; nobody is required to answer a question about faith, politics or identity to remain on the panel.
- Research is never used as a cover for campaigning, advertising or lobbying, and we decline commissions that require a predetermined result.
- A commissioner may not selectively publish a subset of findings in a way that misrepresents the study as a whole.
Standards our study design follows. Not a claim of MRS or ESOMAR membership, certification or endorsement.

How your data is handled
You consent item by item. Consents are separate opt-ins, never bundled. Cultural identity, faith and dietary or health information are each optional and each refusable, with the purpose stated before you decide. You can review or withdraw any consent at any time in the Privacy & Consent Centre.
We ask for the minimum. Sign-up collects a postcode district rather than a full postcode, an age band rather than a date of birth, and a language preference. Anything beyond that is optional and requested later.
Clients never see who you are. Clients receive aggregated results with minimum cell sizes applied. Respondent-level personal data is not shared with clients. Read the full Privacy Policy (UK GDPR).

Frequently asked questions
What is DiasporaPulse and what stage is it at?
DiasporaPulse™ is a UK consumer research platform for ethnic minority and diaspora communities, operated by Epicurean Digital Consultants Ltd. DiasporaPulse™ UK is its first vertical panel. The platform is in controlled development and pilot preparation: no commercial studies have been completed. Panel registration is open, and paid studies begin once the pilot launches.
DiasporaPulse™ is a dedicated UK Turkish consumer research panel — a consumer intelligence engine built for underserved diaspora and ethnic minority communities across the UK, starting with the UK Turkish community, with Polish, South Asian, Arab and West African panels on the roadmap.
How do panelist rewards work?
Points are the only reward. Reward points from a completed study are credited as pending, and become eligible only once your response passes quality review and the client study is funded. A first gift voucher can be requested at 500 eligible points (£5.00); after that the minimum is 1,000 points (£10.00). Joining does not guarantee that you will be offered a study or receive a payment.
What personal information do you ask for, and when?
Registration asks for an email address, which is verified at sign-up. The essential profile asks for a postcode district, an age band and a language preference. Mobile verification is deferred until your first paid study or your first payout request. Cultural, faith and dietary or health questions are optional, consented separately, and can be withdrawn at any time.
How do you check response quality?
Responses pass automated checks before entering a dataset, including completion-speed monitoring, embedded attention questions and duplicate-account detection, and every email address is verified at sign-up. Panelists whose responses fail review do not have those points made eligible.
What sample size do studies use?
The proposed pilot design uses a standard sample of N=300 verified responses. Sample size for any commissioned study is agreed during scoping against the decision being made and the segments that need to be reported. Feasibility is given as an indicative range rather than a guarantee.

How it works
How does UK diaspora market research work?
Every study starts with a decision. We match it to a verified audience, field it bilingually, and report what the answers support.

From a decision to evidence
-
Business question
What are you deciding?
A study starts from a decision someone has to make — a pack change, a price, a range, a message. If the decision is vague, nothing downstream can be sharp.
-
Audience definition
Who has to answer it
We define the cohort that can actually answer: language, region, household role, category behaviour. A cohort is a specification, not a headcount.
-
Bilingual questionnaire
English and Turkish, same meaning
Every item is written in English and Turkish so the two carry the same meaning, not the same words. Turkish is written and reviewed by a native speaker — never machine translated.
-
Quality safeguards
Failed responses removed
Responses pass attention, speed and consistency checks before they count. Anything that fails is removed rather than corrected, and the removal is recorded.
-
Themes
Grouped by what they share
Validated responses are grouped by what they have in common, so a pattern is visible as a pattern rather than as a list of individual answers.
-
Decision-ready insight
Aggregated, with margin of error
The output is a recommendation you can act on, reported in aggregate and stated with its margin of error. Individual answers are never shared.
What happens at each stage
- Business question
-
We start with the decision itself, not a topic. What changes depending on the answer, and what would count as a usable result.
This is agreed in writing before anything is designed.
- Audience definition
-
The decision becomes audience criteria. Each of these is set at scoping:
- Diaspora group
- Region or postcode district
- Age band and household composition
- Grocery or category behaviour
- Bilingual questionnaire
-
Questions are drafted in English and Turkish in parallel. The Turkish version is written rather than literally translated, then reviewed so both versions ask the same thing.
You sign off the draft before fielding opens.
- Quality safeguards
-
Every response passes automated checks before it enters the dataset:
- Speed Completion time against a minimum plausible threshold
- Attention Embedded attention questions
- Duplicates One-human-one-account detection
- Decision-ready insight
-
Findings are reported in aggregate against the original decision, with the basis for each recommendation stated and the margin of error shown explicitly.
- Important limitation
-
Feasibility is an indicative range, never a promise. Responses that fail review are excluded from the dataset and are not billed, so the achieved base can differ from the fielded base. Both numbers are reported.

- A band, not a date of birth.
- Language

Neutrality standards — MRS Code & ESOMAR/ICC guidance
- What it means
-
Opinion and social research is designed to the MRS Code of Conduct and ESOMAR/ICC guidance on public opinion polling.
This work is held to stricter requirements than commercial research, because its findings may be quoted publicly.
- In practice
-
- Wording Questions are written to be non-leading, and the full wording is published alongside any figure we release.
- Balance Response options are balanced, and order effects are managed through rotation where a question is susceptible to them.
- Disclosure Sample definition, base sizes, fieldwork dates and margin of error are stated with every published result.
- Consent Participation is voluntary and separately consented; nobody is required to answer a question about faith, politics or identity to remain on the panel.
- What we decline
-
- Research used as a cover for campaigning, advertising or lobbying.
- Commissions that require a predetermined result.
- Selective publication of a subset of findings in a way that misrepresents the study as a whole.
- Important limitation
-
Standards adherence, not accreditation. These are the professional codes our study design follows. They are not a claim of MRS or ESOMAR membership, certification, registration or endorsement, and no such status is claimed anywhere on this site.
Standards our study design follows. Not a claim of MRS or ESOMAR membership, certification or endorsement.
Methodology detail
The technical detail behind the five client stages.
Sampling and sample size
- What it means
-
Sample size is a design decision, not a fixed menu. It is agreed at scoping against the decision being made and the segments that need to be reported separately.
- Starting point
-
- N=300
- The proposed pilot design. Supports a directional read at a stated margin of error.
- Smaller
- Appropriate for narrow questions with a single reporting group.
- Larger
- Needed where several segments must each be reported on their own.
- Why it matters
-
Base size determines which breakdowns can be reported at all. Deciding it after fieldwork has closed is too late.
- Important limitation
-
Feasibility is an indicative range, never a promise. Because the panel is in controlled development, achievable base sizes are confirmed before a study is commissioned rather than committed to in advance.
Questionnaire design and bilingual drafting
- What it means
-
Questionnaires are drafted in English and Turkish in parallel, not translated after the fact.
- How it works
-
- The Turkish version is written rather than literally translated.
- Both versions are reviewed so they ask the same question and carry the same connotation.
- Brand-comparative prompts are written neutrally, with order rotated where order effects are plausible.
- You sign off the final wording before fielding opens.
- Why it matters
-
A literal translation frequently does not carry the same connotation, which silently changes what a respondent is answering.
- What happens next
-
The final wording is reproduced in the deliverable, so any figure can be read against the question that produced it.
- Important limitation
-
Turkish-language material is reviewed by a native speaker before deployment. Drafts that have not yet had that review are not fielded.
Quality safeguards and response exclusion
- What it means
-
Every response passes automated checks before it enters a dataset.
- The checks
-
- Speed Completion time measured against a minimum plausible threshold
- Attention Embedded attention questions
- Patterning Straight-lining detection
- Identity Duplicate-account detection supporting a one-human-one-account policy
- Identity Email verified at sign-up, mobile verified by text before the first study; postcode district held in the profile
- What happens next
-
Responses that fail are excluded from the dataset and are not billed to the client. The panelist whose response failed does not have those reward points made eligible.
- Why it matters
-
Exclusion counts are reported alongside the findings, so you can see how much of the fielded sample was removed and why.
Analysis, synthesis and human review
- What it means
-
Aggregation and first-pass synthesis are automated; the judgement is not.
- How it works
-
- The platform drafts an executive summary, key findings and a sentiment breakdown from the cleaned dataset.
- A human analyst reviews the raw data and the draft together.
- Only then is anything released.
- Important limitation
-
No synthesis output reaches a client unreviewed. Segment reporting also applies a minimum cell size, so a breakdown is not shown where the base is too small to support it.
Data protection and what clients never see
- What it means
-
Clients receive aggregated results only. Respondent-level personal data is not shared with clients at any point.
- How it works
-
- Panelists appear in internal tooling as masked references, not names or contact details.
- Minimum cell sizes are applied to every segment breakdown.
- Special-category data is consented separately, item by item.
- Definitions
-
- Special category
- Cultural identity, faith, and dietary or health information, under UK GDPR.
- Consent
- Optional, with the purpose stated before the choice is made, and withdrawable at any time.
- What happens next
-
Consents can be reviewed or withdrawn at any time in the Privacy & Consent Centre. See the full Privacy Policy (UK GDPR).
Reporting, margin of error and confidentiality
- Every deliverable states
-
- Sample definition
- Achieved base size
- Fieldwork dates
- Margin of error at a stated confidence level
- Published figures
-
Where a figure is quoted publicly, the question wording is published with it.
- Confidentiality
-
A confidentiality agreement is executed before scoping details or competitor questions are shared — so the questions you are asking are protected as well as the answers you receive.
What a deliverable looks like
Shape, structure and reasoning. Every bracketed value would be replaced by a measured result.
What arrives in the pack
- 01 Executive summary The decision, the answer, and the confidence behind it — one page.
- 02 Key findings Ranked by weight of evidence, each tied to the question that produced it.
- 03 Segment cross-tabs Every breakdown you can legitimately report, with small bases suppressed.
- 04 Charts and diagnostics Ranking, awareness-versus-trial, price sensitivity where the design supports it.
- 05 Recommendations What to do, the basis for it, and what would change our mind.
- 06 Raw data export Clean CSV or SPSS file, plus the full questionnaire as fielded.
How a number becomes a recommendation
- Clean Failed responses removed and counted
- Cross-tabulate Split by the segments that matter to the decision
- Test Is the gap larger than the margin of error?
- Recommend Stated with its basis and its limits
A difference that sits inside the margin of error is reported as inconclusive, not as a finding. That is the single most common way research is misread.
Specimen · Shelf & Assortment Decision Support
Illustrative — placeholder valuesFigure 1 · Stated repurchase intent, ranked
Bar lengths are layout placeholders, not measurements.
Figure 2 · Awareness versus trial Diagnostic
The bottom-right quadrant is the commercially interesting one: shoppers know the product and are not buying it, which points at placement or price rather than a demand gap.
Figure 3 · Segment cross-tab Min. cell size applied
| Segment | Base | [SKU A] | [SKU B] | [SKU C] |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Total | 300 | [XX]% | [XX]% | [XX]% |
| Main shopper | 184 | [XX]% | [XX]% | [XX]% |
| Household 4+ | 96 | [XX]% | [XX]% | [XX]% |
| Shops weekly | 131 | [XX]% | [XX]% | [XX]% |
| District [N16] | 42 | [XX]% | [XX]% | [XX]% |
| District [E8] | 21 | Base under 30 — suppressed | ||
Bases are illustrative. A segment below the minimum cell size is suppressed rather than reported with a caveat — a percentage on a base of 21 invites a decision it cannot support.
Figure 4 · Precision at this base
±5.7 percentage points at the 95% confidence level for a base of N=300. Any two figures closer together than that band are reported as inconclusive.
Recommendation 1 of [n]
Confidence: high IllustrativeTrial [SKU C] in a secondary facing at eye level in [n] stores for [n] weeks, and re-measure. The awareness–trial gap points at findability, not demand.
- Basis
- Figures 2 and 3 — high awareness with low trial, consistent across the two largest segments.
- What would change this
- If trial stays flat after the placement change, the barrier is price, not position.
- Not supported
- Any claim about a national effect. This base supports a directional read only.
"Of N=300 verified respondents shopping at mainstream grocery retailers, [XX]% report they would switch a portion of their grocery spend to a competitor retailer specifically to access a wider range of [category] imports. [SKU A] and [SKU B] rank highest in stated repurchase intent, while [SKU C] shows strong awareness but low trial, suggesting a placement or price barrier rather than a demand gap. [XX]% indicate current shelf space is 'insufficient' for their preferred brands."
Margin of error is stated explicitly on the report (±5.7% at the 95% confidence level for N=300).
Specimen · Competitive Landscape Scan
Illustrative — placeholder valuesFigure 1 · Unprompted brand recall
Figure 2 · Where purchase happens
Recommendation 1 of [n]
Confidence: directional IllustrativeRecall sits below both named rivals while purchase concentrates in specialist retail. Test whether the gap is distribution or salience before spending on awareness.
- Basis
- Figures 1 and 2 read together — low recall alongside high specialist purchase.
- What would change this
- A recall figure inside the margin of error of [Competitor B] would make this inconclusive.
- Not supported
- Any statement about share, volume or value. This design measures stated behaviour, not sales.
"Of N=300 verified respondents, [XX]% report purchasing imported confectionery from a local specialist retailer over a mainstream supermarket ethnic aisle, citing [placeholder reason]. Respondents rank [Competitor A] and [Competitor B] as the most recognised brands in-category, with [placeholder]% unprompted brand recall."
Confidentiality: executed under pre-scoping NDA. Includes an optional citable topline statistic for press, editorial or investor decks.
What we will not put in a report
- What it means
-
A deliverable is only useful if its limits are as clear as its findings. These are stated in every report we produce.
- Excluded by design
-
- A percentage on a base below the minimum cell size.
- A difference smaller than the margin of error, described as a finding.
- A national or population-level claim from a single-market design.
- Sales, share or volume estimates from a stated-behaviour study.
- Respondent-level personal data, in any form.
- Important limitation
-
Every figure on this page is a placeholder. No study has been fielded, and nothing shown here is a finding, a benchmark or a result. The charts demonstrate the structure and reasoning of a deliverable only.
What is included in every engagement
- Written project brief — objective, methodology and sample definition, confirmed before fielding.
- Live dashboard access — real-time tracking of response fielding and quality metrics.
- Executive PDF report — key findings, methodology summary and margin of error, stated explicitly.
- Raw data export — clean CSV or SPSS-format file, provided on request.
- Confidentiality agreement — executed before scoping details or competitor questions are shared.
- Live readout call — included for Category Deep-Dive and Shelf & Assortment engagements.

Frequently asked questions
How fast can I get results?
- What it means
Turnaround targets will be published once pilot studies have been fielded. We do not publish delivery-speed figures we cannot yet evidence.
- What drives it
-
- Sample size
- Audience filters
- Questionnaire length
- What happens next
At scoping we give an indicative schedule for your specific study and confirm it in the written brief before fielding opens.
How do you verify panelist authenticity?
- The layers
-
- Email verification at sign-up, and UK mobile verification by text before a member’s first study invitation
- Postcode district matching
- Completion-speed monitoring
- Embedded attention checks
- Why it matters
These layers support a one-human-one-account policy and identify responses that do not meet the study's data-quality standard before reporting.
What sample size should I use?
- What it means
Sample size is a design decision rather than a fixed menu.
- Guide
-
- N=300
- Proposed pilot design. Supports a directional read at a stated margin of error.

Do you cover diaspora communities beyond Turkish?
- Today
DiasporaPulse™ UK is the first panel and the only one currently in development.
- Roadmap
-
Not committed Polish · South Asian · Arab · West African
- Important limitation
- No launch date is committed, and we will not field a study against a panel that does not yet exist.
- What to do
If a community panel matters to your planning, tell us and we will be straight with you about where it stands.
How is DiasporaPulse different from a generalist panel?
- What it means
DiasporaPulse is a niche panel for verified diaspora research, not a general population sample.
- Why it matters
It is built to reach culturally profiled UK diaspora audiences for questions about imported products, ethnic grocery retail and market entry that may require a dedicated cohort.

How the synthesis works, and what a human still does
- What it means
-
Aggregation and a first-pass draft are automated. The platform assembles an executive summary, key findings and a sentiment breakdown from the cleaned dataset.
- What happens next
-
- Responses pass quality checks; failures are excluded and unbilled.
- The cleaned dataset is aggregated, with minimum cell sizes applied.
- A draft report is generated from that dataset.
- A human analyst reviews the raw data and the draft together before release.
- Why it matters
-
Automated synthesis is fast and consistent, and it is also confidently wrong sometimes. The review step is what stops that reaching you.
- Important limitation
-
No synthesis output reaches a client unreviewed. The preview above runs without that step, which is exactly why everything in it is labelled as placeholder rather than presented as a finding.
What this preview does not do
- Does not
-
- Create a project, reserve capacity or charge anything.
- Field a study to any panelist.
- Produce a downloadable file.
- Report any measured result.
- What happens next
-
A real study starts with a scoping call and a written brief, agreed before anything is fielded.
- Important limitation
-
The platform is in development and controlled testing. Panel registration is open, reward payouts run against a payment provider's test environment, and no commercial study has been completed.

What taking part actually looks like
A preview of the member area exactly as it works today: your study invitations, your profile and your points. Tap the three tabs.
Your studies
Every invitation shows the points and the time before you start. Each study is in Turkish or English — you choose.
My profile
About you (optional) · 4 / 7 answered
Community, faith and diet questions need a separate permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
Towards your first £5 voucher · 250 / 500
Points history
Your first voucher at 500 points (£5), then 1,000 points (£10). Points come only from completed studies that pass quality review.
What a member gets
- Study invitations
Studies matched to your profile appear in your account and by email, each with its points and expected time. You can say no to any of them.
- Your language
Every study can be answered in Turkish or English, and the whole site switches with the TR / EN button.
- Your profile
Sign-up asks for an email address; the profile asks for a postcode district, an age band and a language. Seven optional “About you” questions help match you to studies — skip any you like.
- Your data
Download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, from your account page at any time.
- No games
No streaks, leaderboards or prize draws. Points come only from studies you complete, so nobody is pressured to keep coming back.
How rewards work here
- One currency
Points Earned from completed studies. 100 points = £1.
- Pending, then added
When you finish a study its points show as pending. After our quality review they are added to your balance.
- Cash-out threshold
-
First voucher at 500 points = £5.00
After your first one the minimum is 1,000 points (£10.00), because the provider charges a fee for every voucher issued.
- Important limitation
-
Joining does not guarantee a study invitation or a payment. Invitations depend on what each study needs, points depend on passing quality review, and voucher requests are not open yet.

Reward balance
This is the shape of the balance view. Every figure reads zero because this account has no activity behind it — and on a panel where no study has been fielded, no account could.
Demo state — no live member data0 pts
Awaiting quality review. Not redeemable.
0 pts
Passed review. Counts toward the threshold.
£0.00
No payouts have been issued.
A first voucher can be requested at 500 eligible points (£5.00); after that the minimum is 1,000 points (£10.00). This account has no eligible points, because no study has been fielded for it to earn them from.
Why is there a minimum before I can cash out?
- What it means
-
Your first voucher can be requested at 500 eligible points (£5.00). After that the minimum is 1,000 points (£10.00). Points below the minimum stay in your balance until you reach it.
- Why it works this way
-
Payment providers charge per transfer. A minimum means the fee does not eat the reward — you receive the full value.
- What happens next
-
- Complete a funded study; points are credited as pending.
- Your response passes quality review.
- Points become eligible and count toward the minimum.
- At 500 points you can request your first voucher (£5.00).
- Important limitation
-
Nothing is instant, and nothing is guaranteed. Points become eligible only if your response passes review and the client study is funded. We pay only after our payment provider confirms the transfer; if it fails, the points return to your eligible balance.

Nothing here yet.
You have not been invited to a study, because no study has been commissioned. When one is, it will appear here with its reward, the time it takes, and its status.
Each row will show: study name · date invited · date completed · points awarded · review outcome.

What each status on a study means
- Invited
You match the audience criteria. You can decline without affecting your standing.
- Completed
You finished the study. Points are credited as pending at this point, not eligible.
- In review
-
Your response is going through quality checks — completion speed, attention questions and duplicate-account detection.
- Eligible
Your response passed review and the study is funded. Points now count toward the voucher minimum.
- Not a match
-
The study needed a different profile. You keep 20 points for the time you gave, you are not penalised, and it does not affect future invitations.
- Important limitation
-
A response that fails review does not become eligible. If you think a decision was wrong, contact support and a person will look at it.

What happens when you request a payout
- What happens next
-
- You request a voucher once you hold 500 eligible points (£5.00) — 1,000 points for later ones.
- The request is reviewed before it is sent.
- We instruct our payment provider.
- Payment is confirmed complete only once the provider confirms the transfer.
- If it fails
-
Your points are returned to your eligible balance. You do not lose them.
- Important limitation
-
No live public payouts are being issued yet. Reward payouts currently run against a payment provider's test environment while the platform is in controlled development.

Close my account and erase my data
- What it means
-
You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal data at any time. You do not need a reason, and you do not need to ask permission.
- What gets deleted
-
- Your profile, contact details and postcode district.
- Your consent records.
- Your answers, disconnected from you and retained only in aggregate.
- What is kept, and why
-
Reward ledger entries are anonymised rather than deleted, because we are required to keep a financial audit trail. They no longer identify you.
- Important limitation
-
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any points you hold — pending or eligible — are forfeited immediately and cannot be reinstated. If you have reached the voucher minimum and voucher requests are open, consider requesting your voucher first.

Trust & data quality
What we check, and what we do not claim
Research is only worth buying if the responses are real. Here is exactly which controls run today, which are planned, and where the limits are.
- 4 controls running — completion speed, attention checks, duplicate accounts, and open-text screening
- 2 planned — document identity verification and expanded open-text analysis are not implemented
Controls that run on every response
Automated, applied before a response enters a dataset. Failing any of these removes the response — and it is not billed to the client.
Completion speed
Responses finished faster than is plausible for the questionnaire are flagged for review.
Attention checks
Questions embedded in the survey that a person reading carefully will answer correctly.
One person, one account
Email verification at sign-up and mobile verification by text before the first study. One verified number, one account.
Open-text screening
Free-text answers are screened for signatures of machine-generated content.
How each control works, and what it cannot catch
- What it means
-
Every submitted response is scored before it reaches the dataset. A response that fails is excluded from analysis and from your bill.
- Completion speed
-
Each questionnaire has a minimum plausible completion time based on its length. Finishing below it flags the response for review.
We do not publish the threshold, because publishing it would tell anyone gaming the panel exactly how long to wait.
- Attention checks
-
Instructed-response questions are embedded in the survey body. Failing one invalidates the response.
We do not publish live examples, for the same reason.
- One person, one account
-
Before a member can be invited to their first study, we send a code to their mobile and they enter it back. One verified number means one account, and a second sign-up on the same number is refused. Internet and virtual numbers are rejected, because they are what duplicate-account farms use. We store a scrambled version of the number, never the number itself, and it is never used for marketing or given to a client.
- Open-text screening
-
Free-text answers are screened for signatures of machine-generated text. This is a pattern check, not a general-purpose AI detector.
- Important limitation
-
No control set catches everything, and we will not pretend otherwise. These checks raise the cost of submitting a bad response; they do not make it impossible. We report how many responses were excluded from your study and why, so you can judge the data yourself rather than take our word for it.Open-text screening is deliberately conservative. It looks for known signatures of generated text rather than attempting to classify every answer, because a false accusation against a real participant is worse than a missed machine-written one.
Planned, not yet running
Listed because it is on the roadmap and because the previous version of this page implied some of it already existed. It does not.
Document identity verification
Third-party document and biometric checks. Not implemented, and not currently used on any panelist.
Expanded open-text analysis
Broader detection of copied and translated text across both languages. Current screening is narrower than this.
Governance and data protection
UK GDPR by design
Consent item by item, the minimum data we need, and the right to see, correct or delete your data at any time from your account.
Designed to the MRS Code
Study design follows the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
Row-level access control
Database access is enforced per row, so a client account cannot read another client's study or any respondent record.
What clients can and cannot see
- What it means
-
Clients receive aggregated results. Respondent-level personal data is not shared with clients at any point.
- What a client sees
-
- Aggregate results with minimum cell sizes applied.
- Segment breakdowns, suppressed where the base is too small to report.
- How many responses were excluded by quality checks, and why.
- What a client never sees
-
- Names, email addresses or phone numbers.
- Full postcodes — the panel collects postcode district only.
- Any individual respondent's answer set.
- Your study, your data
-
Client survey specifications and responses are isolated per account. Your commercial questions are as confidential as the answers.
- Important limitation
-
We hold no security certification. We are not SOC 2, ISO 27001 or otherwise certified, and we do not publish an encryption standard as a badge. What we can evidence is enforced per-row access control and item-by-item consent records.

If a response is not up to standard
If a response delivered in your study fails the quality criteria agreed at scoping, or shows data anomalies, we provide replacement or remediation under the terms agreed in your project brief.
Responses that fail our own automated checks never reach you and are not billed in the first place. This covers what gets through.
Ask us the hard questions
Bring your data-quality checklist to the scoping call. We would rather answer it up front.

How a study is designed, fielded and reported, end to end.
Pricing
What a study costs, and what the rate covers
Published rates for subscriptions and credit packs, plus what sits inside the per-response price. Every study is quoted in writing after scoping.
- What the rate covers
- How a study runs
- Estimator
- Plans & credits
- Founding partner
What the rate covers
One all-inclusive per-response rate, covering three things.
- Reaching the right people Access to a dedicated UK Turkish panel, verified at sign-up and quality-checked on every response, screened to your audience criteria.
- Rewarding participants Reward points for every completed study, paid under the published reward rules. Participants are compensated for their time, not for a particular answer.
- Turning answers into a report Bilingual questionnaire drafting, quality review, aggregation and synthesis, with a human analyst reviewing before anything is released.
What is not included in the per-response rate
- What it means
-
The per-response rate covers a standard study of the type described in the plan. Work that changes the shape of the engagement is quoted separately.
- Quoted separately
-
- Custom screening criteria that materially reduce the eligible pool.
- Extended questionnaires beyond the length agreed at scoping.
- Longitudinal or repeat-wave tracking across multiple fielding periods.
- Bespoke analysis beyond the standard reporting set.
- Why it matters
-
A narrower audience takes longer to fill and costs more to reach. Knowing that at scoping avoids a surprise on the invoice.
- Important limitation
-
A published rate is not a quote. Feasibility for your specific audience definition is confirmed at scoping and expressed as an indicative range. The written quote is the commitment; this page is the starting point.
How a study is designed to run
- Study built Objective becomes a bilingual questionnaire
- Invitations sent Matched panelists, notification consent respected
- Quality checks run Failed responses excluded and unbilled
- Rewards recorded Pending, then reviewed for eligibility
- Report delivered Executive summary, dataset, margin of error
What happens at each stage
- Study built
-
Your objective becomes questionnaire logic, drafted in English and Turkish and signed off by you before fielding opens.
- Invitations sent
-
Invitations reach panelists whose profile matches your audience criteria, and only those who have consented to research notifications. Panelists can decline any invitation.
- Quality checks run
-
- Speed Completion time below a minimum plausible threshold.
- Attention Embedded attention questions and straight-lining detection.
- Identity Duplicate-account detection supporting one human, one account.
Responses that fail are excluded from the dataset and are not billed to you. Exclusion counts are reported alongside the findings.
- Rewards recorded
-
Reward points are credited as pending and become eligible only after quality review, under the published reward rules. See how rewards work.
- Report delivered
-
Executive summary, key findings, segment breakdowns with minimum cell sizes applied, and the raw dataset. Margin of error is stated explicitly.
- Important limitation
-
This describes the designed pipeline, not measured performance. No stage duration or end-to-end turnaround is published, because no commercial study has been fielded. Turnaround targets will be published once pilot studies have run.

What being a Founding Partner does and does not commit us to
- What you get
-
- Launch pricing on your first commissioned study.
- A voice in which profiling attributes the panel collects.
- Priority scheduling for study slots as capacity opens.
- What happens next
-
You apply, we talk through the decision you are trying to make, and we tell you honestly whether the panel can answer it yet. If it cannot, we say so rather than taking the booking.
- Important limitation
-
No study is scheduled until the panel can support it. The platform is in controlled development, and joining the cohort does not commit us to a fielding date.Future community panels are not part of this offer. Polish, South Asian, Arab and West African panels are on the roadmap with no committed launch date. We will not promise access to a panel that does not yet exist.
Pricing questions
Is the published rate what I will actually pay?
- What it means
-
The rates on this page are our standard published pricing. They are the starting point for a quote, not the quote itself.
- What changes it
-
- How narrow your audience criteria are.
- Questionnaire length beyond the standard.
- Whether you need repeat waves or bespoke analysis.
- What happens next
-
After a scoping call you receive a fixed written quote covering the agreed design. That document is the commitment.
What happens if responses fail quality checks?
- What it means
-
Responses that fail speed, attention or duplicate-account checks are removed from the dataset before analysis.
- What it costs you
-
Nothing. Excluded responses are not billed, and the exclusion count is reported alongside the findings so you can see how much of the fielded sample was removed and why.
- Why it matters
-
A panel that bills for junk responses has no incentive to detect them. Not billing for them aligns our interest with yours.
Can I buy a study today?
- What it means
-
You can start a conversation and agree a scope today. You cannot check out and have a study field automatically.
- Important limitation
-
The platform is in development and controlled testing. Panel registration is open and reward payouts run against a payment provider's test environment. No commercial study has been completed. We will tell you the current panel status before you commit to anything.
- What happens next
-
Book a scoping call. If the panel cannot yet answer your question, we will say so.
How are panelists paid, and does that affect my price?
- What it means
-
Participant reward is included in the per-response rate. You do not pay incentives separately.
- How it works
-
Panelists earn reward points for completed studies. Points are credited as pending, become eligible only after quality review and confirmed study funding, and can be redeemed from 500 eligible points (£5.00) for a first voucher, then 1,000 points (£10.00).
- Why it matters
-
Participants are compensated for their time, never for giving a particular answer. That is what makes the data worth buying.
Do credits expire?
- What it means
-
No. Purchased response credits stay on your account until you use them.
- What happens next
-
Credits are drawn down per verified response as each study fields. Excluded responses are not drawn down.

TürkPulse™ UK is the flagship vertical panel on DiasporaPulse™ — built for UK diaspora consumers.
What we do with what you tell us
- What it means
We collect the minimum needed to match you to relevant studies, and nothing else.
- What we ask for
-
- Postcode district only — N16, not a full postcode.
- An age band, not a date of birth.
- Your language preference.
- Consent is separate
Cultural, faith and dietary questions are optional, consented one by one, and refusable. Declining any of them does not remove you from the panel.
- Clients never see you
Results reach clients in aggregate. Your name, contact details and individual answers are never shared.
- Important limitation
-
Joining does not guarantee a study invitation or a payment. Invitations depend on what each study needs.
Leaving, deleting your data, and getting help
- You can leave at any time
You can close your account and have your personal data erased whenever you want. You do not need a reason.
- How
Account closure lives in the member portal, under Your data and your account.
- Important limitation
-
Closing your account forfeits any points you hold. If you have reached the voucher minimum, request your voucher first.
- Help
Email support — a person reads it.
Panels
One panel in development. Four on the roadmap.
DiasporaPulse™ is built to run separate community panels rather than one blended "ethnic minority" sample. Here is exactly where each one stands.
- 1 panel in development — DiasporaPulse UK, in controlled development and pilot preparation
- 4 panels on the roadmap — Polish, South Asian, Arab and Middle Eastern, and West African. No launch date committed.
- 0 panels open for fielding — no commercial study has been completed on any panel
DiasporaPulse™ UK
In development Pilot preparationThe first vertical panel: verified UK Turkish and Turkish Cypriot consumers, for FMCG brands, supermarkets and delivery platforms.
Recruitment focus

Profiling collected

What "in development" means for a study you want to run
- What it means
-
The panel is being recruited and the platform is in controlled testing. Registration is open.
- What exists today
-
- Verification, profiling and consent flows are built and running.
- Quality checks — speed, attention, duplicate accounts — are implemented.
- A proposed pilot study design (CS-04) is written and costed.
- What does not exist yet
-
- A completed commercial study.
- A published panel size, retention rate or turnaround figure.
- Live public reward payouts — these run against a provider's test environment.
- What happens next
-
Tell us the decision you need to make. We will tell you whether the panel can answer it yet, and if it cannot, we will say so rather than take the booking.
- Important limitation
-
No feasibility is promised in advance. Achievable base sizes for your audience definition are confirmed at scoping and expressed as an indicative range.
What has to be true before a panel opens
We will not field a study against a panel that cannot support it. Four conditions, in order.
- Community relationships Built before recruitment, not after
- Bilingual research design Questions written, not translated
- Enough verified members To report the segments you need
- Panel opens for studies Announced when it happens, not before
On the roadmap
These panels do not exist yet. No launch date is committed. You can register interest and we will tell you honestly where each one stands.

What registering interest does, and what it does not do
- What it means
-
You are telling us a community panel matters to your planning. It is an expression of interest, not an order and not a booking.
- What happens next
-
We will contact you about that panel's status. If it is a long way off, we will tell you that rather than keep you on a list.
- Important limitation
-
Registering interest does not reserve capacity, secure pricing, or commit us to a launch date. None of these panels exists yet, and we will not field a study against a panel that does not yet exist.
- Your data
-
We use your email to reply to you about the panel you asked about. Read the Privacy Policy (UK GDPR).
Why separate panels, not one blended sample
Different questions
What a Turkish shopper looks for in a World Foods aisle is not what a Polish shopper looks for.
Different languages
Each panel needs questions written in its own language, not translated into it.
Reportable on its own
A blended sample cannot be reported per community. Separate panels can.
Commission research
Tell us the decision. We will tell you whether the panel can answer it yet.
